Message from the Leadership

The Koch Rajbanshi Youth Festival is more than an event—it is a platform for connection, cultural pride, and youth empowerment. Together, we honour our heritage, strengthen our community, and inspire future generations.

Term of Service

The current Leadership Team has been appointed for the 2026 term of the Koch Rajbanshi Youth Festival. As a youth-led initiative, the Leadership Team will be reviewed and reconstituted annually to encourage wider participation and fresh ideas.

Members may be reappointed for future terms based on their commitment, contributions, performance, and continued interest in serving the community.

We believe in creating opportunities for new young leaders while recognizing the dedication and efforts of existing team members.

Our Objectives

To preserve and promote Koch Rajbanshi heritage, empower youth leadership, strengthen community connections, encourage education and cultural awareness, support talent and creativity, and build a stronger future for the next generation.
